Of course no review of Dominici would be complete without mentioning Anna. Her friendship, help, advice, daily chats, etc. etc. etc. We had read so much about her but she really is such an amazing person and we will miss her.

Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts, always home cooked, were large enough to provide us with packed lunches as well. The was a fund of local knowledge, organising trips for us, recommending tavernas and so much more. Our room was beautifully decorated. I could go on forever. Simply nowhere could ever be better than this.

We have got to say the star of our holiday was Anna the owner of Dominici. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such warmth. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She was always willing to organise anything we wanted to do be it hiring a boat or getting to any of the beaches. Her breakfast were amazing, each morning we were presented with some beautiful home made treats from pastries to yoghurt and honey. Lots of fruit and gorgeous jams. We have stayed in 5 star hotels and never received treatment like Anna's. The room was lovely and clean with a great view over the sea. Bed linen and towels were changed every 2 days and the room cleaned daily.
We will definitely be going back to stay with the lovely Anna.

The beaches can be reached be the local mini bus or the horse and cart by just a five minute walk to the Port from the Dominici Hotel.

ANNA the owner was amazing so friendly and accommodating and always smiling. ANNA just couldn't do enough for us to make our two week stay so memorable. The room was cleaned every day and the bed linen and towels changed every two days. We had a balcony which looked out onto the sea. We watched the various boats sailing past every morning and evening.

ANNA's breakfasts were fantastic and every morning ANNA cooked/prepared something different. I am a diabetic and I enjoyed all the local fresh fruits and the greek yoghurt. ANNA was very accommodating and would provide anything you wanted, nothing was too much trouble.

ANNA gave us the mini bus timetable and a local map and wrote on the map the best restaurants to eat in including the best souvlaki restaurant opposite Roost another nice eatery and bar which made the best Pina Colada!

ANNA also gave us a map and told us about the various boat trips we could go on especially, Mount Athos and other local boat trips and told us we could hire a boat if we wanted. The boat trips sometimes could be before breakfast and ANNA would give us a takeaway breakfast for our trip.

ANNA was brilliant she organised a trip for us to go to Ouranopolus and recommended a restaurant that her friend owned. The warm friendly treatment and the food was first class! There were lots of shops in Ouranopolus.

ANNA told us about the museum in the Square which we visited and the pretty Church. ANNA also told us about two Greek Nights with local people playing the basouki and singing songs which dated back to Greek historic times. Some of the locals showed us their Greek dancing skills. It was a fantastic evening on both occasions and it was so nice for us to be invited into their local Greek culture which we love so much.

We found the Dominici Hotel in the Sunvil brochure. We have travelled to many Greek Island and resorts with Sunvil and have never been disappointed with the accommodation or resort.

We would definitely recommend Sunvil and the Dominici Hotel especially, ANNA to our family and friends.

Ana is so warm and genuine, her hospitality is unrivaled anywhere I've stayed before, her English is fantastic and she's full of tips and even helped book some things for us over the phone so we'd get the best deal. I can't say enough good things about her and Dominici. It's a wonderful place, 7 minute walk to the port, 20 minute walk to Alykes beach. Check the photos of the food... absolutely amazing assortment of sweets, homemade bread, fresh yogurt and savory sandwiches or cheese omelets. Do not miss out on this place!
